Physician Consultation

What is it?

One of our skilled physicians will review your history in detail, conduct a physical examination, review and discuss your test results and overall condition with you.

What do I need to do?

No special preparation is required. Please bring a valid OHIP Card to your appointment.

Please bring a list of all your medications.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in. The receptionist will verify your information

How long will it take?

Approximately 45 minutes.
